No two clients are ever the same and I work with you to identify how I can best help with your needs. However, broadly there are three different types of service I offer.
All coaching services are offered as face to face (within Hertfordshire), remotely via Teams/Zoom, or a combination of both. It's entirely up to you!
Compass
Calibration
Targeted, immediate support for a specific career hurdle. This could include CV writing, interview practice, presentation & public speaking skills, etc.
£80 for 1 hour session. Tailored preparation & follow up also included.
Vision Alignment
A multi-session journey designed to align your compass to your long-term goals. I don't just fix a symptom, together we build a foundation for your next chapter. Perfect for career returners, navigating a promotion, or a complete career/life pivot.
Typically 5-6 1 hour sessions starting at £350. Tailored preparation & follow up for each session also included.
Inspiration & Identity
A creative session where together we create a vision board to explore your identity and motivations. Inspired by this, I help you consider a range of possible 'future-self' scenarios.
£70 for 1 hour session.
(This session can also be booked for a group, for example as a team building activity)
Graduate & Early Careers Coaching
Aged 20+ and leaving university or starting your career journey? This should feel exciting, not overwhelming! I can help you translate your education into job-ready skills, and replace application fatigue with a targeted strategy. Together we'll build the confidence to step into your first real role with clarity.
This service is offered at a special reduced rate, giving you direct access to affordable 1-to-1 professional coaching tailored to your career starting point.
£60 per 1 hour session.
