Vision alignment
This is a bespoke, multi-session journey designed to stop your compass needle from spinning and align your professional experience with your future ambitions. If you feel stuck, unsure of how to progress with your career ambitions, or are considering a pivot in a new direction, then I can coach you to achieve your vision.
All clients are unique and require a different number of sessions, but typically you can expect a vision alignment journey to include the following over 5-6 sessions.

Your coaching journey will begin by looking inward. Before we plot your next course, together we will understand exactly where you are standing now.
Every journey has it's hurdles. In this phase we take an honest look at the internal and external blockers which are holding you back.
3. Gap Analysis
Here we will align your mindset with your ambitions. I will help you ensure your professional toolkit is up to date, competitive, and ready for your next move.
4. Roadmap to Reality
This is where your vision really starts to take flight. Together we will distill your reflections and ambitions from the previous sessions into a concrete, actionable plan for success.
Keeping you on track
5. Practice makes perfect
Throughout your coaching sessions you'll have a personalised, ring-bound set of exercises and resources to use between our sessions.
When our coaching sessions come to an end, you'll be able to contact me directly via WhatsApp for support and a complimentary 'check in' session to review your progress.
In our concluding sessions together we will work on bringing your roadmap to life. We will focus on articulating your vision, ensuring your ambition has credibility, oracy and communication skills, and life-long self-reflection tools to help keep your compass aligned with your vision.
