No two clients are ever the same and I work with you to identify how I can best help with your needs. However, broadly there are three different types of service I offer.
All coaching services are offered as face to face (within Hertfordshire), remotely via Zoom, or a combination of both. It's entirely up to you!
Compass
Calibration
Targeted, immediate support for a specific career hurdle. This could include CV writing, interview practice, presentation & public speaking skills, etc.
£95 for 1.5 hour session
Vision Alignment
A multi-session journey designed to align your compass to your long-term goals. I don't just fix a sympton, together we build a foundation for your next chapter.
Typically 5-6 sessions starting at £450
Inspiration & Identity
A creative session where together we create a vision board to explore your identity and motivations. Inspired by this, we then consider a range of possible 'future-self' scenarios.
£95 for 1.5 hour session
