I founded Compass Vision, based in Welwyn Garden City, after nearly two decades in the education sector. Throughout my career, including my time in senior leadership, I have developed a deep expertise in coaching both young people and adults as they strive to grow professionally. My journey has taught me that everyone has a unique "next step" in their career and life—and I am passionate about helping you discover exactly what that is, whether it is a small shift or a major transformation.

- Advanced Diploma in Life Coaching This allows me to help you overcome "imposter syndrome" and the confidence barriers that often follow a career break.

When I'm not coaching
When I’m not coaching, I’m enjoying life in Welwyn Garden City with my wife and our two children. I can usually be found tending to our allotment, out running or at the gym, or developing my passion for self-sufficiency and sustainable living!
